Students thrive when schools and parents work together for educational purposes. The following are ways that parents can help their child work towards academic success from home
SUPPORT REGULAR SCHOOL ATTENDANCE (no matter if it's in-person or remote) School staff work hard to ensure that each and every day with our students is productive and meaningful. This means that your child misses a great deal each time they are not present. Make certain that they attend school whenever possible and communicate with us when they cannot be here.
TALK WITH YOUR CHILD ABOUT THEIR DAY AT SCHOOL. This is the most effective way to stay abreast of what is going on at CJHS.
COMMUNICATE WITH TEACHERS. As the two people who are the most interested in your child’s education, you and your child’s teacher must communicate openly and honestly.
